Get to Know Tamika
Tamika Burgess is a storyteller with over a decade of novel and personal essay writing.

Born to parents who migrated from Panamá, Tamika Burgess has always taken a particular interest in writing themes that explore her Black Latina identity. Because of her passion for spreading knowledge about her culture, Tamika writes fiction novels that feature Black Panamanian main characters.
Tamika currently resides in Southern California. When she is not writing, Tamika is somewhere cozy, shopping online or listening to a podcast.
